100% of the rules given in SBKF's rule book are for Indian players and 50% rules are for foreign players, but it is mandatory for everyone to read all rules so that you don't remain unaware of any important rule.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

For Registration, you have to fill the form ONLINE through the given our official website www.sbkf.in, by paying the requisite fee through online mode, just after the successful fee payment, you will be delivered the I CARD and fee receipt immediately.

Please don't wait for the last date of  entry  because if once seats are full then you can't enter or participate in the particular Games/Event, whichever  you want  to participate. So hurry up !! and reserve your favorite  game’s  seat for yourselves.

Individual Player, Team Players, Coaches, Parents all have to fill Individual Form for Entry. Because everyone's application number is different through which you will get all the documents.

While filling the form, you must enter your personal Mobile Number and Mail Id because all the necessary documents will be provided to you on the same registered number & mail only.

Here you have two options  1. Half Facility and  2. Full facility, select the best suitable one, then only you can fill the form.

There will be two options to deposit the registration fee before the last date. One Partial Amount and the other Full Amount. you can choose the option as per your convenience but after the last date while filing the form the option of partial amount will expire and you will have to pay Full Amount along with late fee.

Till the date 30th July 2024 participants have to fill online form, and apart from this, they have to pay partial amount Rs.50,000.

If any player wants to take participation in more than one activity then he/she has to pay Rs. 10000 in addition for each event.

The last date of entry will be date 30th July Late fee Rs. 10000 will be charged once the last date will get over.

If you want entry, after passing the last date of entry, then you have to deposit the fees with late fees charges. If you will opt for any extra event then the charges (fees) of extra event will be charged, which you have to pay any how.

Be very careful while filling the form. Fill all the information correctly. To upload your passport size photo, crop the photo properly and keep it on your mobile or system. Because this photo will be generated on your documents like - id-card, certificate etc. If there is a mistake in the form, he/she will have to pay a correction charge of  01 USD per mistake for correcting it.

GAMES/EVENTS RULES

All  matches will be on knock out basis.

In students' category, U-4  to U-30 age groups are decided, according to the event. In which small age group participants can play in large Age Groups.

For Masters/Veterans the 35+ to 100+ age groups are decided according to the event. In which the large Age group participants can play in Small Age Groups

In Team Events At least 10-16 Players Are Must ( Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Kabaddi, Hockey Football, Rugby, Throwball, Kho-Kho, Etc.)

Participants will have to bring and use their own instruments, equipments and uniform during the championship.

Every one has to follow the instructions of technical department.

Decisions of the Referee/Umpire will be final.

If any Age & Weight problem the result will be disqualify of the player.

Protest/Objection fee will be Rs. 3000, non refundable during the matches and championship.

It is the duty of the coaches/participants/parents to be on time and ensure the security of all the equipments/luggage and also be very cautious of their safety during the matches/championship.

Parents will not interfere directly in case of any complaint or suggestions. They have to report the matter to their respective coaches otherwise players will be disqualified.

Soon you would be informed  about the distance of Archery, skating and order of the Athletics, Swimming and Other event.

If  for any reason an objection is raised regarding the age group of a player, then in this case you will have to show the original documents. Therefore, you must bring the original documents with you.

The games/sports under the weight category , according to age groups, will be organized as per the rules and regulations of World & International federation, But few rules can be changed as per the need.

International matches will be in between India, Malaysia and Invited countries only. If another country will be included then we will further inform you as well.

The complete information of schedule of games/event will be given on our official website www.sbkf.in and SBKF social media, before ONE WEEK of commencement of the championship. 

TRANSPORTATION

It is mandatory for you to bring these essential documents for traveling with you.

i) RTPCR report with QR code (If required) , ii) Vaccination Certificate copy (If required), iii) Original Passport, iv) Visa copy, v) Air Tickets, vi) Documents provided by SBKF

Flights for the Singapore will be given to all of you from  Mumbai-MH (India) Airport. So if anybody wants flight tickets from their own city so they will have to deposit additional charges.

First of all, everyone will go to Singapore via flight. After that we will go to Malaysia by bus from Singapore, And will return from Malaysia to India via flight.

It is mandatory for everyone to reach the airport 6 hours before the international flight.

It is mandatory to fill the self-declaration form while going to some international destinations and while coming back. Therefore, while going to an international event, do confirm whether the self-declaration form is required along with the flight ticket or not. It is mandatory to fill this form yourself, you will have to fill that form yourself at the time of return, so you should have sufficient Net Balance in your mobile and you should also know how to fill the form. If any kind of action is taken by you, then the Organizer will not be responsible for it.

You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your traveling from city/village to the first reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place.  For example: full facility holders reporting place is Mumbai-MH airport and half facility holders reporting place is Singapore Hotel.

It is mandatory to wear the uniform in the flight and championship provided by SBKF.

Any food is not included travelling via flight.

Players will have to pay extra charges if their luggage will be found more then 15kg and more then 7kg of hand carry bag.

If you opt full facility, it is mandatory to submit visa related documents like

*Passport Front & Back scan copy in PDF Formal

*6 months statement of bank account (it is mandatory to have Rs 75,000 in the account) Players who are below 18 years of age will attach the account details of their parents.

*Passport size photo with white background

*For VISA it is mandatory to send all the documents by the given date.

*In some states, it is mandatory to send the original passport for visa, hence you will have to courier your original passport and all other necessary documents to the address given by us so that you can get your visa on time.

For children under 18 years of age to get Singapore & Malaysia visa, along with the children's passport, their mother's or father's passport and NOC will also be used as a document.

On taking any type of facility (full facility, half facility) if immigration check required is written in your passport, then in that case 10 USD will have to be paid separately for the process of immigration check requirement, otherwise Airlines People will not let you go ahead. This is an essential process, which you can also get from your travel agent to complete.

After reaching International airport you can buy sim card of that country. You will be picked up, dropped at the given time, if any problem arises, you can call or whatsapp. on +919399109095 this number.

As per the schedule given for the Games and Sightseeing, you need to get ready and assemble at the hotel reception area 1 hour before. Everyone has to take special care of the time. in any case, it will be your own responsibility to reach the stadium if the vehicle leaves.

We book flight tickets collectively from one vendor, timings for check in and check out from the hotel is similar for everyone. If anybody wants changes in facilities provided, then he/she will be itself responsible for such facility and can’t create any pressure or claim to SBKF.

If you miss your flight due to any reason, the both side tickets will automatically be canceled as per the rules of Airlines. And in this case you yourself will be responsible. In such a situation, there will be no Fee Refund, even if you reach there by yourself, then also you will have to make the return ticket by yourself.

Organizer must have already reached Dubai for other arrangements. You will be given flight tickets and visa and complete guidance related to reaching there. At the given pickup time, a driver with a nameplate will pick you up outside the airport and drop you at your hotel.

If there is a sudden change in the rules or a new guideline is issued by the airlines or the Singapore & Malaysia government. So you will have to follow and pay for it by yourself.

You will have to bear the cost of COVID test-or any other type of test at the airport, border and other place and you will also be responsible for the reaction according to the results after the test report is received.

Before going to the international championship, all the necessary documents are given to you from the foundation and all arrangements are also made. But it is not necessary that the organizer will be with you at the airport or any other places, instead of them any responsible person may be arranged there. That responsible person will tack care of all activates.

FOOD

We provide breakfast and dinner only at the event. It is difficult to provide lunch due to different events and sightseeing venues with a lot of different kinds of distances. If you order something extra in the hotel & hostel or at any other place, then you have to pay the bill by yourself only.

It is difficult to provide water again and again in the hotel and during sightseeing or at other places in such a situation you have to save water and use the same water which is provided to you in the duration of  room services or you can arrange it by yourself.

According to the  of foreign culture, countries, food and its taste vary  country to country, so we can only try to get good food.

The break fast timing is 10.00 am in in the country and if there will be any kind of delay in flight then they will get the lunch/dinner directly. You must keep dry food with yourselves (Like Biscuits, Dry Fruits, Etc.)

Food coupons will be provided to you on taking full & half facility, you have to keep the coupons safe. If the coupon is lost due to any reason, the food will not be provided to you under any circumstances.

SIGHTSEEING

SBKF is responsible for sightseeing & City tour if it is mentioned. But we will not provide any kind of ticket for activities, if you are interested in doing any activity so you have to bear your own expenses.

* Additional sightseeing, additional ticket charges will be born by the participants.

* Decided day & date only be taken for sightseeing.

In the duration of sightseeing you all have to click one group photos & good photos at every particular place and you have to send some special clicked photos and videos at the given numbers - +919584526877 by SBKF. So that SBKF can also put all these photos and videos on its website and other social media platform.

During international event if any player, coach, parent are interested in sightseeing or shopping then he/she can do with prior permission from our organizer.

COMMON RULES

You can download the PDF and give complete information about  the program by sending it to all your friends and relatives so that more and more people can take advantage of this opportunity.

Each participant will get online I-Card, participation certificate, printed form, payment receipt, online result, online record with QR code.

We will provide you documents like Id. card, chest no.(via website or other way) You have to take out their colored printout and bring it to the event.

Parents will not be giving any type of certificate or uniform except I-card & opted facility.

It is compulsory to wear ID-Card during the event.

SBKF provides Online Chest Number in some sports. Therefore, it will be mandatory for the player to bring a colored sticker print out of the chest number and play by putting it on. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to play without a chest number.

Below 18 years player must bring NOC and Consent letter with them while competing in tournament.

You have to come with all required documents related to tournament, provided documents by SBKF as well as other needy documents.

All The Players Will Have To Come Before Their Reporting Date And Time And They Can Go After The Closing Ceremony.

Organization does not provide any Insurance. We provide only first aid box. Any person, who is suffering from any particular illness/disease, in this condition he/she will be responsible for bringing required medicines.

If anyone is suffering from any major disease for a long time, then they should not participate in this tournament. Otherwise you yourself will be responsible for its consequences.

In the opening & closing ceremony of the event organized by SBKF, the dress-code of country In charge, State Secretary, Coordinator, Coach, Team Leader will be navy blue coat, pant, tie, white shirt and formal shoes.

Before the event or after the event, you must take the name of SBKF while giving any interview in media and news or posting any post on any social media platform related to our championship, and send it to us to on whatsapp no. +919584526877 so that SBKF can promote your initiative too.

You shall be always ready for the contingent situation, if Foundation conducts any meeting in event then You shall attend the meetings and have to follow all the instructions mandatorily.

Before going to the International tournament, you should have knowledge about  of all the rules, regulations  & low of the country. Keep your I-D card and Passport with your selves always, whenever you will go out side from the hotel for sightseeing or any thing else.

The SBKF foundation is advertised by the other members of the SBKF team, apart from the coaches and other individuals of different city of India and abroad. In such a situation if you pay the fee amount to any unknown or any other person or any other kind of incident may happen, then you yourselves will be responsible for it.

You should buy the SIM card of the relevant country, as you go to the International Championship, so that, you can have connectivity with everyone and you have to share that number with the organizer also

If entry is taken after the last date of entry and if the full fee is not deposited even after crossing the dead line, the facilities (like- Uniform, Matches, Etc) provided by us may be reduced due to lack of time.

In International Events, In some countries we have seen lack of services like quality of food may not be expected, hotel services and other services may not be expected etc. In that case you have to adjust with whatever is possible as we cannot provide more than what is available.

SBKF does not guarantee of any government job opportunities, with our certification. The motto of SBKF and ISO is to provide, bigger platform to the talented participants in our nation. But some of our certificates have been used in Indian Army and other institutions, so the proof is available in our website and in head office. If we get any certificate verification by the government, then Under Proper Protocol, the verification letter is sent by post, courier and mail as per requirement. The data of players of all the championships is kept online for a specific period of time by us .

If certificate verification is required from SBKF Head Office for promotion of any player, any  Government Jobs or Private Sector Jobs, then SBKF cooperates fully by legally verifying it.

The data of the players is kept safe by SBKF for 5 years, after that the data has been deleted from the website.

You have to follow the COVID – 19 protocol strictly during the entire championship.

In special circumstances event can be postponed but can’t be cancelled.

Participant/Coach/Parent's/Relatives, themselves will be responsible for any kind of incident/accident, death in the event. Participant / Coach / Parent's / Relatives can not Claim On  foundation for any kind of unwanted  Incident/Accident with the players during the Event.

All rights will be held with tournament organizer to change any Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions and Policy as per situation.

SBKF/ISO Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions, Policy & Privacy Policy are implemented to all. You must read them carefully before coming in the event and you have to follow them strictly during the event.

State Secretary Coordinator, Coach, Team Leader It will be your responsibility to present 4-5 players in the traditional dress of your state in the National Event opening ceremony of SBKF by you so that they can represent your state.

LEGAL

1

In the International event during on and off and in the event of  championship if you are found positive in doping test or any kind of intoxicating substance found in you like drugs etc. then you will be responsible for it or its consequences.

SBKF always tells everyone to strictly follow the rules, regulations & low of all countries. But if someone will be caught doing something wrong in abroad then in such a situation, if a police case is made against you, then SBKF will not help you nor will take your  responsibility.

SBKF has decided that during the championship if any coaches, parents or any participants will be found guilty of misbehaving or misconduct "Like fighting, abusing or coming in ground in drunken stage, etc. Then SBKF will take every legal action and in future they will be restricted to take part in SBKF/ISO program.

Any kind of molestation or objectionable behavior by any person in flight, in sports places, anywhere in hotels, then it will not be acceptable. Legal action can be taken against them.

During the event if any destruction/damage is caused in hotel, ground or at any other place by you then SBKF reserves right to hold your certificates until you make up for the loss. And In this case if you will be not able to pay be compensation amount then any legal action can be taken against you by the owner of the hotel or any other property owner.

Organization will not tolerate any kind of indiscipline "coach and leader will be declared responsible" if, in foreign, juniors & seniors will go out from the hotel and they will suffer any kind of incident or accident.

If a person reaches, direct to the event with a player or coach without registration by SBKF, then the entire payment will have to be made by the concerned coach or player. SBKF does not allow direct access to any parent, family members or friends without registration and ID-card, in that case strict action shall be taken by SBKF against him/her.

All children under the age of 18 years who are participating in this SBKF competition will be considered to have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and policies given in the SBKF PDF and on the website by their parent/coach/guardians. It is further understood that they have accepted these rules without any objection. After Accepting all the rules parents/coach/guardians can't blame SBKF for anything in future in the name of minor.

If you face any problem during the entire championship, then the solution can be found by discussion. Foundation will not tolerate any kind of misconduct or misbehavior of any parents, coaches, participants or guardians. you yourselves will be responsible for any unfortunate situation and any legal action may be taken against you for your misconduct or misbehavior.

Participant/Coach/Parent's/Relatives, themselves will be responsible for any kind of incident/accident, death in the event. Participant / Coach / Parent's / Relatives can not  Claim On  Organization for any kind of unwanted  Incident/Accident with the players during the Event.
